scoot over on an angle mole grips pulling inner cable long nose pliers to tighten nipple up or 7mm socket on screwdriver attachment all done with exhaust in place ten min job with simmonini

engine bolt is the bolt totaly stuck fast as the usual vespa problem if not , wheel off drill into centre of bolt and put an easy out bit then extract.if not carefully drill through bolt but do this a few times with small to large drill bits

Ah`ve hud this yin a few times bud !
Ah huv managed tae drill the siezed bolt and actually tap a threed intae the bolt .
Worked when all else failed. Bit oh heat might dae it annaw Gid luck !

either replace the bolt with a stainless or for those who can still take the bolt out replace it with an early px headset bolt......its thinner in the middle so does not seize into the engine mount

Just grease the fekr before putting it in. Oo er missus .......saves a lot of problems l8r... Grease is the word............so i've heard.........its the word.. its the word..... come on join in,u all know the words.... ;D

or stick a size bigger drill through it then it canny sieze mind steel n alloy bad mix right at back wheel if you drill it just a wee bit bigger problem no more

i know young stu just saying its a good thing to do to stop it seizing in drilling out is only sucessfull way 50% each side and if you get pissed off animals do linwood all drinks are a pound !!! see you there

hello dean, get hold of a good centre punch and hammer and it will tap out, eventually, in fact, get a couple of centre punches, KTF!
