right ive bought a 200 engine for my S1, the engine has an electronic kit and the S1 is still 6v. Can anyone tell me what i'll need. Also the S1 is framebreather which I believe sucks air from the back. I dont think you can fit an air box so any ideas how to get the carb to breath?
thanks scott.

2nd, thanks to Billy Hardie.
I think the air-filter may still fit the 22mm but may need fettled - it's OK to let it breath through the frame if it does fit. Alternatively, and probably better for performance, would be a remote filter - ask the dealer (Mike Phoenix is good) if it'll fit under the panels before buying.
As for the electrics, there's a couple of options. As Arfur said, cdi and regulator a must - there are battery-feed types available but I'd keep it simple, you'll also need to change all the bulbs to 12V (except the speedo bulb) and the 6V horn will probaly work (and sound better) but may not last too long.
As for the loom, you should get away with just attaching all existing power wires to the one power wire from the regulator - it depends on the type of switches used and whether it's a battery loom or not; a quick trial will tell. If needs be get Alan at Beedspeed to send you a customised loom (particularly if you're going to incorporate a battery) - he's very good at this and cheap too!
Be aware that you can't have too many earthing points (preferably going straight back to the mag-housing) and that the lights will dim when the stop light comes on and more so when you use the horn.
