we all know that luggage space on a scooter is at a premium... bulky sleeping bags are a pain. Small (and warm ones) are expensive ... thought i'd let you know Aldi have small bags just now (12.99) not seen any reviews, but worth a punt mebees

Moutain warehouse , micro pack chair that extends to almost full size, Brads has 1 and saves sitting on the deck , and easy to tie on the scoot for traveling

Careful about sleeping bags. Cheap can be nasty. If you want tiny warmth, you have to buy a down bag. A bit dearer but worth the money. There are a few synthetic bags, (primaloft ect) that are great and can be squished down to nothing, but in my opinion, you still have to be looking at a minimum spend of around £50. You need at least a 3 season bag, if you over heat you can open the bag, if your too cold, yer buggered. Something like this www.cotswoldoutdoor.com/vango-stratos-350-sleeping-bag-d2232166?id_colour=108Is a good starting point. Vango do budget but do it well. I`ve slept outside in a field at minus 10 and you`ll be amazed at how comfy you can get with the right kit. If size is a premium, then a budget down is the way to go www.blacks.co.uk/equipment/133692-eurohike-down-500-mummy-sleeping-bag.html/545200/?istCompanyId=d92b362f-ac8a-4a8a-87ca-c56eafad7955&istItemId=raxlmriia&istBid=tzlp&gclid=CNTKv7PH0M0CFZEK0wodoB0KOgGood starting point, Old adage applies though, you get what you pay for and spending 20 bar in tescos will only piss you aff.

agree regarding quality against cost ... however bear in mind we have had some members who turn in tents that cost less than a tenner, then 60 quid for a bag isnt going to happen

I know, but you can`t do anything about that, All I`m saying is a tenner sleeping bag is a disposable sleeping bag.
Folk that buy a tenner tent usually end up leaving it ! lol,, those tenners add up to the price of some kit worth keeping.
And turning up on a 4 grand lammie and not having 60 bar for a comfy sleep is bad planning hahaha
