Right scoots up and running..but now i've got the dreaded exhaust port leaking problem...canny tighten any more due to cast exhaust stub... Got some heat proof silicon 750c,but don't know if that will do...don't want to use gun gum as won't be able to remove it... Any suggestions................

ive used high temp silicone on the down pipe and slip joint when i had the sip pipe on the 210. worked a treat, tho the the exhaust was pretty shit.

Krawf, I had the exact same bother on a Malossi. Try and get hold of an exhaust clamp from a Daewoo garage. Their clamps are wider and spread the load better. One of the Coyotes put me onto that tip and it done the trick.

you should na put a clamp on a mollossi barrel, as the cast ali likes squash under pressure, use springs.

Run with springs and a band clamp, they are ok as they tighten evenly....as long as you don't go crazy tightening it...
