got the crank sorted out ( cheers johnny) bearings in seals all done and to find the piston
has a nice big dent in it and fucked...piston or scape cash for a 210cc seing as the casings are all ready ported, inlet done and crank cut and polished.

if its on the crown you have timing issues and lucky you havent blown a hole right through it have you stretched the oval slotted holes so you can get it set properly ??

when i took the flywheel the timing mark was bang on...changing the jet from a 118 to a 120....not sure if its because the casings are ported and inlet done crank cut and a 125 clutch in it ?

aye but if your running a kit now and using standard 200 timing mark you will be well out mate tell me engine kit etc and will help out clutch has got nowt to do with this but 125 clutch in a 210 ??

its a 200 standard barrel im running at the moment.. but i remember when i 1st got it would seize at 50mph and found the timing out, re-adjusted and fine from then on...heat seized twice on way back from scabby so that might of ben enough to kill th piston

had the very same problem with my green scoot only to fing out stator was faulty and it hadnt done a thousand km try another stator mate i holed my piston

2.30 leave work 2.45 pick up bag at mine 3.00 pick up bairn from nursery 4.15 be out back fixing scoot 5.30 changed and a cold cider in my paw 10.30 pished
